this ain't no rich man sandwich

Yesterday was Ash Wednesday, and since Catholics usually eat fish or seafood on this day (because it's Lent), Amo cooked us the best dinner ever! She made Shrimp Po' Boys.

Boy, oh boy, we're they good! I love sandwiches, and some may even call me a sandwich connoisseur. I've tasted some pretty good sandwiches in my four short years. But, this was by far the best sandwich I have ever eaten... hands down! And I told Amo this, all during dinner. I also told her she definitely has to make this again. I think the Pope should make everyday an Ash day. Who would want to eat like a rich man when you can eat this good like a po' boy?
