Auld Lang Syne
2008 was really great... but 2009 will really shine! New Year's Eve was spent watching our 2008 videos, eating steak and crab, counting down to the New Year (on New York time), and then going outside to meet Cole and blast the poppers!
I also spent some reflecting, and one of my New Year's resolutions is to blog much more frequently!

Dreams Come True
I am learning how to play the piano. I have had 3 lessons already. The first song I learned to play is called "Dreams Come True." Right now, I am learning how to play a song called "Night Storms."
I accidently hurt Irisa when I was playing my Wii. Mommy wanted me to sing her a princess song. I didn'y know how to sing any princess songs! Then, I had an idea... I would play the piano for her to cheer her up! I played "Dreams Come True" instead of "Night Storms" because "Night Storms" sounds a little scary, and "Dreams Come True" sounds like a fairy tale song.

She liked it! She stopped crying! When she was a little baby, and she would cry, I would sing to her, and she would always stop crying. Now, I will play the piano for her to stop her from crying!

Puck- A Midsummer Day's Fairy Tale
Today, we saw a play about Puck (you know, the character from Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream.") Puck is a trickster, and the best part of the play was when he tricked the Dad and the Mom. He pretended to be the Dad's horse, and then pretended to be the Mom's dog. They didn't know it was really Puck!
I laughed very hard! Now, I feel cultured!
